Delivery Charges
R105.00 for all orders in South Africa.
Full Delivery Terms
- We will process all orders within 1-3 working days.
- From date of dispatch delivery will take between 2-7 days, depending on the area for delivery.
- A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been booked.
- Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect.
- Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes.
- Please note that we can only deliver to physical addresses within South Africa.
- We will deliver the goods via The Courier Guy courier services.
- We do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.
- The delivery fee does not include mines, power stations, plots, farms, remote areas, military bases, game lodges, ports / harbours. If you require delivery to these areas, please contact us for a delivery fee.
- The delivery charge of R105 does not include return fees for all products. Please see return policy for more information.
- If you prefer to pick up your package, find the nearest The Courier Guy kiosk to you and use that address as the delivery address. The staff from that kiosk will contact you to pick up your package after it has been delivered to them.
