Should you wish to return any item/s purchased on our website, you may do so for a refund or exchange.
The goods will only be accepted, for whatever reason, if returned within 5 working days of receipt by the purchaser.
The goods must be in their original condition unworn and with labelling.
Exchanges
If the item/s is unsuitable and need to be exchanged for a different size, please communicate so that we can make the necessary return arrangements. Email to [email protected]
If you would like to exchange the item for a different size and you have purchased more than one item from our store (combo deals included) a returns courier will be arranged to have the item/s picked up from you and once we have inspected the items a delivery courier will be arranged again to have the items returned to you. If we receive the item in poor condition or not in the condition that was sold to you the exact item will be returned to you at your own cost.
If you purchase 1 item and require an exchange a return and re-delivery fee will need to be made. (we will try our best to make this at a reasonable cost)
The above is applicable once per order.
Refunds
If you purchased 1 or more items and want a refund the amount refunded will be the purchase amount minus the return courier fee.
If you purchased the combo deals and require a refund on one item only the amount refunded will be the value of the product in the combo deal minus R250.
If you purchase a combo deal and want a refund for both items the amount refunded will the amount paid for the combo deal minus the courier fee.
Free Gifts
If you receive a free gift and require a refund the gift will need to be returned in good condition. If the gift is not returned the amount of the value of the gift will be deducted from your refund amount.
We do not allow exchanges for free gifts.
